McGraw-Hill BIM SmartMarket Report says 2009 will be the "Year of the Contractor"

Thanks to the financial support of many industry players, McGraw-Hill Construction has made their BIM SmartMarket Report available for free as a PDF download. This excellent 45-page report, released in December 2008, reports on the results of an extensive set of interviews with owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors and trade contractors about their use of BIM. The report also includes several interesting case studies that demonstrate the many advantages that come with effective use of Building Information Modeling.
